Schroders has appointed Geoff Cheetham as head of UK institutional clients.
Cheetham (pictured) joins the Schroders’ UK Institutional Management team from Blackrock, where he was head of EMEA consultants.
He will manage a team of over 20 senior staff, servicing 800 clients and £53.8bn of assets under management and report to head of European institutional, Miles O’Connor.
O’Connor said: “Geoff’s appointment is part of our commitment to further improve the quality and breadth of our client engagement. He brings a wealth of experience in the UK pensions industry and we are looking forward to a very broad contribution to our business.”
